The IJIL, a fully refereed journal, is an authoritative source presenting information on the current practice, content, technology, and services in the area of innovation and learning.
Objectives
The objectives of the IJIL are to develop, promote and coordinate the development and practice of innovation and learning. The IJIL aims to help professionals working in the field, academic educators and policy-makers to contribute, to disseminate knowledge, and to learn from each other's work. The international dimension is emphasised in order to overcome cultural and national barriers and to meet the needs of accelerating technological change and changes in the global economy. IJIL is an outstanding outlet in which innovation and learning research will find a significant outlet and where results can be shared across institutions, governments, researchers and students, and also industry:
- Up-to-date, leading edge research to keep you ahead in the area of innovation and learning
- Practical guidance on ways to achieve great effectiveness and efficiency in areas such as online new product development (NPD), Web-based innovation, Web-based knowledge management, and e-learning planning

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently
under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and the author has cleared any necessary permissions with the copyright owner if it has been previously copyrighted). All authors must declare they have read and agreed to the content of the submitted manuscript. A full statement of our Ethical Guidelines for Authors is available.
All papers are refereed through a double blind process. A guide for authors,
