IJMNDI addresses state-of-the-art computerisation for the deployment and operation of current and future wireless networks. Intelligent and automatic computer software has become the critical factor for obtaining high performance network solutions that meet the objectives of both the network subscriber and operator. Characteristically, high performance, innovative techniques are required to address computationally-intensive radio engineering planning problems while providing optimised solutions and knowledge which will enhance the deployment and operation of expensive wireless resources. This requires contributions from several disciplines.

Objectives
IJMNDI's objective is to found, develop and promote a cutting edge arena for the emergent field of intelligent computerised wireless network design and management. The role and contribution of this research will influence economic, operational and policy issues. It aims to expand the frontiers of fundamental computational techniques and enhance prospects for effective high performance software solutions. IJMNDI seeks to foster international exchange of ideas and experiences among researchers, educators and professionals in the field, on a global scale. It also serves as a venue for articles evaluating the state of the art of computer applications in this area.
Readership
IJMNDI will be targeted toward professionals, researchers and educators in the interdisciplinary fields contributing to the development of methodologies and software systems for obtaining high performance wireless networks.
Contents
IJMNDI seeks to publish original and review papers, full length and short papers, reports on software systems and their applications, case studies concerning network design, conference reports and news. Special issues on high profile hot-topics are requested. Contributions will be by open submission, coordinated via a conference or by invitation. IJMNDI seeks to achieve rapid publication times, particularly for short papers.
