IJBBR provides a cross-disciplinary platform addressing biomechatronics and robot assistive technologies for medical and bio applications. It relates to the design of systems, devices and products for use as assistive tools when interacting with humans and biosystems. Objectives

IJBBR aims to foster a community that encompasses mechatronics researchers, medical practitioners, control researchers, and engineers and computer scientists developing intelligent tools, devices, systems and computational tools in academic and commercial environments, with the intention of promoting and developing the exciting area of biomechatronics and robot assistive technology.


Readership

IJBBR provides a platform to help professionals, academics, researchers and policy makers working in the fields of biomechatronics, robot assistive technology, engineering and business education to disseminate information and to learn from each other's work.


Contents

IJBBR publishes original papers, review papers, technical reports, case studies, conference reports, book reviews, notes, commentaries, news, correspondence and conference highlights that stimulate discussion and exchange of ideas. Special Issues devoted to important topics in biomechatronics and robot assistive technology will occasionally be published.
