The IJAOSE fosters discussion on all software engineering aspects of the use of agent technology for the development of IT systems.
Objectives
The objectives of IJAOSE are to establish a communication vehicle for researchers and practitioners to promote, publicise and exchange ideas relating to the interface between research and commercial adoption of agent technology within the software development community. A further objective is to bring together the two relevant communities of agent technologists and (traditional) software engineers. Although software engineering necessarily encompasses research and application, an individual paper in IJAOSE may address one or both of these aspects. If a proposal is purely theoretical, some application areas need to be indicated although empirical proof will not necessarily be required for publication in the journal. Readership
Software engineering researchers; software developers; IT managers; educators Contents
IJAOSE primarily publishes original papers subsequent to full peer review. Special issues may also be commissioned occasionally. Subject Coverage Topics suitable for IJAOSE include, but are not limited to:

Specific Notes for Authors
Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently
under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may
only be submitted if the paper was not originally copyrighted and if it has
been completely re-written).
All papers are refereed through a double blind process. A guide for authors,
sample copies and other relevant information for submitting papers are
available in the Full Submission Guidelines
web-page.
AUTHORS MUST SUBMIT THEIR PAPERS THROUGH THE ON LINE SUBMISSION SYSTEM, OTHERWISE THEIR PAPERS WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR PUBLICATION All papers must be submitted online. To submit a paper, please go to
Online Submissions of Papers.
If you experience any problems submitting your paper online,
