Topics of interest include but are not confined to:
  • Advanced military vehicle modelling
  • Intellectual control of off-road vehicles
  • Shock and vibration analysis of ground vehicle systems/components
  • Mobility study of multi-wheeled vehicles
  • Advanced suspension dynamics of multi-wheeled vehicles
  • Hybrid 8x8 vehicle systems
  • Advanced power-train system of ground vehicles
  • Braking/steering systems for ground vehicles
  • Virtual testing and conceptual design of ground vehicle systems
  • Suspensions and ride dynamics of ground vehicles
  • Fully active and semi-active control of ground vehicles
  • Modelling and simulation of tyre-soil interactions
