Abstract: This paper aimed at understanding the e-parliament phenomenon and the contribution of technology and new applications in enhancing such area. We tried to explore the attitudes of Jordanian representatives regarding such phenomenon. A survey targeted all representatives of the Jordanian parliament (150 surveys) and collected 29 usable surveys only. The surveys were analysed to better understand the status of such interaction between technology and the parliament institution. Results indicated a positive attitude towards using technology regardless of the low utilisation percentages reported. Conclusions and future work are reported at the end.
