   Objectives

The objective of IJSCPM is to establish an effective channel of communication between academics, policy makers, government agencies, research institutions and persons concerned with satellite communications policy and management. IJSCPM aims to provide a high-quality platform for this purpose.

   Readership

IJSCPM provides a vehicle to help professionals, academics, researchers, graduate students, engineers, managers and policy makers working in the fields of telecommunications, computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mathematics, social sciences, engineering and business to disseminate information and to learn from each other's work.

   Contents

IJSCPM publishes research contributions that significantly advance state-of-the-art research in this area. Papers reporting the practical applications of different theoretical approaches, policy and management will be of particular interest to the journal. Good quality survey articles will also be of interest to the journal. Special Issues devoted to important topics will occasionally be published.

   Specific Notes for Authors

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and the author has cleared any necessary permissions with the copyright owner if it has been previously copyrighted). All authors must declare they have read and agreed to the content of the submitted manuscript. A full statement of our Ethical Guidelines for Authors is available.
