Special Issue on: "Nonlinear Optimisation with Engineering and Scientific Applications"

This special issue of IJMIC is focused on nonlinear systems modelling and optimisation applications in the sciences and engineering. We welcome original research articles that describe real-world applications of nonlinear (including both global and local) optimisation in the sciences and engineering. We also welcome algorithm development and computational studies supported with sufficiently detailed numerical evidence to indicate immediate real-world applicability.

Subject Coverage
Relevant topics include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Nonlinear - global and local - optimisation strategies and algorithms
• Nonlinear optimisation software systems
• Nonlinear optimisation: computational experiments and studies
• Design, strategic or tactical management, operational and real-time control applications
• Applications of nonlinear optimisation in the quantitative sciences
• Applications of nonlinear optimisation in engineering

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere
