Microgrinding of flat surfaces on single-disc lapping machine

Abstract: Results of a study into the possibility of the application of special tools for microgrinding on a single-disc lapping machine are presented in the paper. One of the tools has a layer of electroplated diamond grains (grit size 63 µm or 53 µm) and another consists of multiple abrasive discs (grit size 3 µm or 2 µm).
