IJ Biomedical Engineering Technology and IJ Networking and Virtual Organisations increase issues

Two more journals have announced an increase in issues for 2011. They are the International Journal of Biomedical Engineering Technology, whose frequency is increased from 8 to 12 issues per year, and the International Journal of Networking and Virtual Organisations whose issues expand from 6 to 8 issue per year.
