New Editor of IJ Services Operations and Informatics

Following five years of founding and developing the International Journal of Services Operations and Informatics, Professor Robin Qiu of The Pennsylvania State University has decided to step down as Editor-in-Chief. He will maintain a role as Advisory Editor to ensure the smooth transition to the new Editor-in-Chief, Professor Young-Jun Son of the University of Arizona's Department of Systems and Industrial Engineering. Professor Son was previously on the Board of the journal. We welcome his step up to edit the title and wish him every success. We also express deep gratitude to Professor Qiu for his immense work in taking the journal through its first 5 volumes in an efficient and timely manner and establishing such a base on which the journal can build.
