Climate change is the most important global environment challenge in the coming years. The aim of this special issue is to explore the policies which can support mitigation and adaptation of climate change. This issue will publish both empirical and decision modelling research. And we are particular interested in submissions at the regional and global scale. Perspectives from both science and social science are equally appreciated.Subject Coverage
Suitable topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Economic and social impacts of climate change
- Mitigation and adaptation strategies for climate change
- Carbon mitigation policy
- Carbon adaptation policy
- Equity of climate policy
- Responsibilities of climate change
- Negotiations of climate change
- Integrated assessment modelling on climate and economy
- Climate policy from the ecosystem perspective

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and if appropriate written permissions have been obtained from any copyright holders of the original paper).
