Performance management in Asian public sector organisations (SAPSOs) today is a challenge for executives and HR managers because of their bureaucratic and hierarchical structure, with centralised chains of command.
This special issue is devoted to the implementation of performance management and appraisal systems in public sector organisations, particularly in Asia.
Case studies on performance-related issues and challenges in public sector organisations will be published in the issue.
The special issue is expected to be of benefit to HR managers, business students, business researchers and faculties, and NGOs and administrators of public sector organisations.Subject Coverage
