Abstract/Summary: This paper presents an original approach of data/information collection for a product’s health condition monitoring during its whole life. We have established a credible approach and a data stream model for the product lifecycle and health management (PLHM). The model serves to maintaining the product’s performances and evaluating the product’s remaining life. In addition, it helps enhancing the quality of flows of data and information. We also propose a methodology for implementing and evaluating the data collection system.
