The aim of this special issue is to provide an overview on cutting-edge advances fostering more sustainable business practises. Each paper, reporting preferably an empirical study, will be rooted on a main managerial discipline, e.g., organisational behaviour, marketing, operations, finance, and examine its contribution to sustainability through exhibiting a practical application based in Latin America.

Scholars in several areas of economics and business administration will make the main readership of this special issue. They will find a fresh collection of research efforts on sustainability and business in Latin America to inspire their current research efforts and further endeavours. Next, postgraduate students looking for insights into interdisciplinary studies bridging business and sustainability can also benefit from this special issue. Finally, practitioners can also find useful research findings to steer their decision-making towards more sustainable practices.

The Guest Editors will be inviting substantially extended versions of selected papers presented at the Finance, Marketing and Operations for Sustainable Business, FMOS-2023, for review and potential publication, but are also inviting other experts to submit articles for this call.
