The effects of e-commerce on globalisation of economic activities have created opportunity as well as threat to the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). While much has been written about the theory and practices of e-commerce generally, not much has been written about it in relation to SMEs in developing countries. The purpose of this special issue is to provide a forum for discussion of topics relating to e-commerce issues, concerns and challenges faced by SMEs in developing countries.

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere All papers are refereed through a peer review process.
