This special issue of IJISTA deals with intelligent system design and development related technologies and applications, comprising various areas such as expert systems, fuzzy logic, neural networks, genetic algorithms, and hybrid systems. The aim is to provide an international forum for academics, industry leaders, and policy makers to investigate and exchange novel ideas and disseminate knowledge and information covering the broad range of intelligences from reasoning to decision-making.
