Calls for papers

This special issue encourages submissions that examine the role of ICT in improving services. Authors should examine practices that can lead to a better development of e-services. Thus, the focus of the submissions should be on research that can improve people's lives, and establish new trends and practices in the usage of e-services. The issue will carry revised and substantially extended versions of selected papers presented at Information and Communication Technologies in Organizations and Society Conference 2017 (ICTO 2017).

Notes for Prospective Authors
Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and if appropriate written permissions have been obtained from any copyright holders of the original paper).
All papers are refereed through a peer review process.
