Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop an integrated model on job performance (JP) and competitor orientation (CO) relating organisational variables namely, creative process engagement idea generation (CPEIG), organisational culture (OC), organisational commitment (OCM) and job satisfaction (JS). Data were collected based on structured survey questionnaire. Response from 409 managers in India was taken. The data were analysed for structural equation modelling. The results of this study indicated that the model exogenous variables were OCM and OC. The model endogenous and intervening variables were JP, CO and CPEIG, JS respectively. The relationship between variables was found to be significant.
