Abstract: In this paper, we optimise a satellite TV antenna control system for car carrying by extracting AGC signal. AGC signal is used to be a reference signal and reflect the strength of signal received by antenna. With the help of AGC signal, tuner and demodulator allows control system to form a closed loop. Experimental results show that the method improves the accuracy of the antenna control system and optimises the performance of antenna control system.
