Abstract: The concept of organisational health is of utmost importance for long-term organisational sustainability. Healthy organisational climate and culture may enhance the performance of organisations. In healthy organisations employees share a common value system and contribute to the formation of healthy organisations. If employees and organisations share a common value system, employees faces less stress and feel more empowered. Management effort towards well-being and growth of employees helps in the growth of a healthy organisation. The present study explores the literature on the influence of organisational climate, organisational culture and employee empowerment on organisation value, which in turn influences organisational health.
