Abstract: This research considers the influence of peace culture and cross-cultural management to MNEs| business performance. The empirical result is that peace culture is a positive relationship to MNEs| business performance, in which cross-cultural management is as intervention. The methodology adapts survey method and collects samples from MNEs| subsidiaries of USA and Japan in Taiwan. We find USA and Japan both agree that peace culture practices in their management system will get established performance. And the practice of peace culture in Japan is higher than the USA.
