Abstract: This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) in attempt to further understand consumers| behavioural intentions towards using 4G mobile services. These new factors are found to be 4G-specific factors that directly shape consumer attitudes and intentions. The results of this study provide a valuable reference for service providers in developing 4G mobile services. The findings overall imply the new dimensions and factors for the adoption of new mobile services.
