Title: Adaptive NN control of a class second-order non-linear systems with unknown dead zones

Abstract: In this paper, non-smooth control method is derived using RBF neural networks in order to stabilise unknown non-linear systems with unknown dead zone. Compared to previous compensation schemes, simultaneous online estimations of unknown non-linear functions are taken as done with dead zone compensation. Stabilisation result is derived based on quadric Lyapunov function. The simulation shows that the proposed method is effective.
