Abstract: Organisational learning and learning organisations have been widely researched and written about during the last decade. But what about a project as an organisational form and learning in projects? Does there exist organisational learning in projects? Should there be learning in projects and if yes, what should be learned and by whom? Can learning in projects support the development of technological intelligence? How do the participants in a project team see their learning? In this paper, I try to give answers to these questions based on some empirical data from public construction projects.

Keywords: organisational learning; technology intelligence; inter-organisational projects; construction industry; learning organisations.
