To make the service industry competitive, enhancing workplace productivity is essential. This paper aims to address the relevance of workplace productivity with the productivity of banking services. The paper reports on a study conducted on Bangladesh's reputed public and private banks. We adopt quantitative research using a questionnaire-based survey methodology that includes employees working in selected banks through convenience sampling. A total of 182 responses have been recorded, and SPSS v25 was used for data analysis. This study demonstrates that the strength and direction of the linkage between identified components and workplace productivity played an essential role in the productivity improvement of banking services. This study will help the practitioners manage the productivity determinant factors, enhancing the overall productivity of banks and other service-oriented businesses.
