Abstract: In the organisational environment, leadership is the main responsible for the motivational stimuli, having to form an environment of serenity, but on the other hand, one that provokes the collaborators with the objective that they obtain a better performance in their work. The success of motivation, within an organisation, does not only consist of reaching the goal, but also the ability to make a movement towards the goal. The research was done through structural equation modelling (SEM) using the partial least square path to determine which different types of factors are used by the leader, applied to 104 answers gathered through a questionary built based on the literature review. The findings showed that behavioural factors positively influence the level of motivation, that the qualitative factors studied do not have a positive impact on the levels of motivation, and that the respondents have knowledge and perception that behavioural factors positively influence the levels of motivation.
