Through conceptual model, this study provides a comprehensive view of theoretical as well as conceptual understanding. Based on the conceptual findings, the research explains the relationship among organisational ambidexterity, supply chain disruption, and supply chain resilience, which opens a new area of research in the field of management as well as provide a unique perspective on their conceptual relationship.
