Abstract: The role adopted by organisational justice (OJ) in line with administrative innovation (AI) is recognised as critical in terms of its influence on the viewpoints and performance of employees. Organisational commitment (OC) as a mediatory role was utilised, with completing an analysis on the role adopted by OJ in relation to the AI of employees. Self-administrated questionnaire was applied, with sample comprising 369 employees from municipalities based in Jordan. Structural-equation-modelling through AMOS was implemented. The assessments of employees in regards distributive and procedural justice were a factor seen to be positively and significantly related to the OC displayed by the employees. Moreover, regarding distributive justice; employee perceptions demonstrated a significant and indirect effect in line with AI through OC. Furthermore, regarding procedural justice, it was found to have both indirect and direct effects on AI. Finally, interactional justice was recognised as not significantly impacting neither OC nor AI.
