Abstract: This study takes the challenge of identifying different opportunities that innovation training of human talents can offer to information technology companies. The skills developed during innovation formation are desired to supply the talent demand in leading companies. By using available information, the analysis has been done using socioformative approach and identifying indicators and metrics applied by highly efficient innovative companies. It has been concluded that innovation is being conceptualised in different ways in each company and in accordance with a geographical reality. The study showed through a documentary analysis that there are common elements in these companies; having as a strategic factor the training of human talent in order to develop innovation in the knowledge society.
