Abstract: Training employees in today|s turbulent economic times has been recognised as added value to both organisations and employees. Such training allows organisations to deliver better quality/products with fewer resources and personnel. A needs assessment process of needs and resources of both the organisation and its employees could mean the difference between viability or disappearance of said organisation, by enhancing the organisation|s (and its employees) efficiency and effectiveness.
