Abstract: In this paper, an adaptive weighted block simpler GMRES algorithm is proposed for linear system with multiple right-hand sides, which can overcome the ill-conditioned difficulty of the basis generated by weighted block simpler GMRES algorithm. Moreover, a thick restarted adaptive weighted block simpler GMRES algorithm is presented to significantly reduce the number of matrix-vector products and the elapsed CPU time. Numerical examples illustrate the performance of our new algorithms.
