Abstract: This study delves into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on employees' behavioural intentions towards e-learning in India, addressing a critical research gap in crisis-induced educational shifts. Using a blend of the technology acceptance model (TAM) and conservation of resources (COR) theories, the research constructs a novel model for evaluating e-learning adoption in the context of a global health crisis. Data was collected from 307 employees across major cities in India, in pandemic-affected industries using structural equation modelling (SEM). Key findings indicate that 'future career anxiety' and 'perceived usefulness' significantly predict the intention to use e-learning platforms. The study uncovers a positive attitude shift towards e-learning, offering insights into how pandemic uncertainties influence learning. Recommendations are provided for strategic investment in e-learning during crises while acknowledging the limitations of self-reported data. This research aids in guiding future technology adoption strategies in the corporate sector amid unforeseen challenges.
