The study was an endeavour to explore KPIs of SCF. The main objective of this study was to determine SCF activities being practised in manufacturing organisations and to develop a measurement tool to study the efficacy of SCF. Additionally, the effectiveness of SCF in the Indian manufacturing sector was identified using self-administered questionnaires, and guidelines were developed.
