Abstract: The systemic learning framework (SLF) as the conceptual paper presents deals with accommodating learning mechanisms in the organisation in the fourth industrial revolution. It combines AI-based learning interventions, social learning climates, and supportive organisational systems to improve performance by developing skills of employees. With a holistic approach, the SLF suggests the use of intelligent learning systems and group-oriented environments in developing employee abilities. The framework highlights that employee skill development mediates between AI-enhanced learning and organisational performance and organisational support moderate technology adoption. The model aims to offer a way to practitioners to use AI and social learning to create competitive advantages, as well as to make contributions to the organisational learning theory, which presents quantifiable paths to the enhanced performance in an ever-digitising environment.
