Implementation of new information technology in Bulgarian secondary schools

Abstract: In this paper, the authors analyse technical software and human resources with regards to the implementation of new IT in Bulgarian secondary schools. Organisational contexts connected with that process are also described. Problems, solutions and perspectives in using computers in the schools are also shown.
