Abstract: Due to increasing competitiveness in higher education in the past few decades, many universities see the need to improve the quality of education. Unlike the industrial sector, there are few tools available for quality improvement. Coupled with the difficulty in managing educational quality, it results in the neglect by educational professionals to quality improvement.
