International Journal of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (IJECRM), Vol. 2, No. 2, 2008

Abstract: Based on a literature review in classification schema, 169 articles about EC research published in leading management journals named by NSFC (Natural Science Foundation of China) between 1999 and 2006 were classified into four main categories including application areas, technological issues, support and implementation, and others. Consequently, results of these are presented, which reveal significant differences exist between Chinese and international researches. Hopefully, this review will provide a source for anyone interested in EC research and help simulate further interest. Finally, a comprehensive list of references brings this paper into a close.
