Abstract: This study aims to find the implications the current elderly workers have for future labour market and employment to increase how long the elderly workers can stay in the labour force. The result showed most elderly workers want to remain in the labour market, regardless of the quality of or perception about current job. Implications have been suggested to help elderly workers to stay in the labour force in the super-aged society. It is expected this study will be able to offer insights for neighbouring countries bracing for an aged or super-aged society from the example of South Korea.
