The main goal of this special issue is to analyse the research ideas, methods, opinions and discussions concerning advanced intelligence and computing technology. Computing intelligence technology involves various research methodologies and computational and decision problems. This issue therefore aims to gather the various ideas of researchers, engineers and other professional to help solve these decision and computational problems in an effective manner. Articles involving all approaches including theoretical reports, real applications, new social sciences and experimental prototypes are welcome.

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and if appropriate written permissions have been obtained from any copyright holders of the original paper).

All papers are refereed through a peer review process.

Notification to authors: 1 December, 2016

Final versions due by: 1 March, 2017
