Guest Editor:
Prof. Dhruba Kumar Gautam, Nepalese Academy of Management and Tribhuvan University, Nepal

This special issue aims to encourage scholars to question existing paradigms and practices in management systems and to bridge the gaps in innovative ideas, new models and systems for institutions with suggestions for competencies development.
