Special Issue on: “Future Business Technology – Integrating Simulation and Knowledge Management for Business Advantage”

Guest Editors:
M. R. Riazi, Kuwait University, Kuwait
P. Geril, Ghent University, Belgium

The purpose of this special issue is to provide an opportunity for the participants of 3rd Annual Future Business Technology Conference 2006 (FUBUTEC2006) to be held in France in March 2006 to publish their papers in WRSTSD. However, those researchers who are working in similar areas and not participating in the conference but wish to contribute to this issue are also encouraged to submit their papers for possible publication.

In the last two decades, the world has witnessed issues such as electronic communications and business, advances in computer tools, use of computer in business, trade and management, emergence and advancement of new technologies (such as bio, nano, etc.), new standards and environmental regulations, technology transfer, industrial accidents caused by human errors, natural disasters, terrorist activities and political and geographical changes that affect our daily life.
