Abstract: In many organisations, large numbers of executives and decision makers cannot get their hands on critical information in their organisations. To represent most critical and valuable information in organisations, we must use flexible, effective and efficient means to getting the sets of data. We can build a data warehouse system to produce a set of standard reports periodically and automatically that are required by many different users. The reports are adequate to answer many 'what' questions in the business. The drill down into the detailed data provides answers to 'why' and 'how' questions. In order to competitive advantage, we build a data warehouse named Production WEB. There are many benefits of Production WEB. First, it automatically highlights production issues and informs related person according to management mechanism. Second, data warehouse is built in artificial intelligence, and experience rule can filter out production issues. Third, we get information easily for analysis.
