Abstract: The fundamentals of interactive technical electronic demonstrator, currently under development at Tikrit University under name MeLearning project, introduces a paradigm shift through replacing the part of traditional computer architecture tutorial courses with topic-driven modules that provides a useful tool for students and trainees in the field of computer arithmetic operations in microprocessors. The paper describes principles of the interactive techniques in the TechCode known as, MUSAID Module. This TechCode is a step-by-step problem solving program that will help in testing the understanding of key components presented in MUSAID Code program. The present paper proposes a framework for primary e-learning environment to present the mathematical operations in the central processing unit of computer system. The main goal is to build a graphical user interface (UI) that provides the end user with maximum control over the presenting process while expecting minimal effort from the presenter programmer.
