Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large error and low accuracy of index feature extraction of existing evaluation methods, a new evaluation method for corrosion resistance of rebar coated with active porcelain glaze was designed. Firstly, after the active enamel coating is prepared, the steel bar is coated with electrostatic spray coating equipment. Then, the corrosion resistance index of coated steel bar affected by electronic parameters was obtained, and the weight of each index was calculated, and the cross and variation treatment was carried out. The evaluation model of corrosion resistance of active enamel-coated steel bar was constructed by Markov chain model, and the above treated index parameters were input into the model to complete the corrosion performance evaluation. Experimental results show that the lowest evaluation error of corrosion resistance is about 0.1%, and the extraction accuracy of corrosion resistance index is always higher than 90%.
