Abstract: In this paper, a scheme based on the state observer to estimate fractional systems has been designed by means of synchronising the state observer with the original systems. Fractional-order direct Lyapunov method is used to derived the asymptotical stability of the state error system. The gains of the observer are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate validity and effectiveness of the proposed state observer.
