Abstract: In computerised tomography, an image must be recovered from its sampled projections in the form of Radon transform. In this work, we propose a method for recovering the image from convolution backprojection algorithm for discrete Radon transform. This method is easy to implement with some arithmetic operations without interpolation. The implementation of method is reported on sample images. The total error estimation in this algorithm, owing to approximation of the function is also reported.
