Abstract: Anterior cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint is a more common occurrence in sports injuries. In recent years, in the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation medicine, the evaluation of the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament after reconstruction by biomechanical methods has become a research hotspot. The study found that reconstruction of the knee anterior cruciate ligament by surgery can restore knee function to a certain extent, but the biomechanical parameters of the lower limbs may still be abnormal. Therefore, the use of biomechanics to develop a targeted rehabilitation treatment plan for the knee joint after surgery can effectively avoid the recurrence of injuries. This aims to restore patients from their pre-injury state as much as possible through rehabilitation treatment without affecting their future normality life. By analysing the structural and mechanical characteristics of the knee joint, the mechanism of cruciate ligament injury is clarified. The types and characteristics of cruciate ligament repair materials are reviewed to provide a reference for preventing knee cruciate ligament injury and post-injury repair. Comparative evaluation is made of two different biomaterials, fibrin glue composite bone morphogenetic protein (FG-BMP) and recombined xenogeneic bone (RBX) on tendon-bone interface healing.
