Abstract: Tumour is one of the malignant diseases that seriously threaten human life and health. Nanometre probe has obvious advantages such as easy structure design, optional mode, easy surface modification, easy target coupling and non-invasive drug delivery. In this paper, a new method of healthy examination of tumour cells based on nanometre probe technology was studied. Combined with the specific recognition of cell surface protein and appropriate body, electrochemical luminescence technology was used to realise the highly sensitive detection of tumour cells. The experimental results show that the method presented in this paper has good reproducibility and high sensitivity detection of tumour cells, and the method is applied in screening tumour cells in health examination, which has extensive practical application value.
