Abstract: This study investigates the impact of supply chain responsiveness and strategic supply chain collaboration on innovation performance. Additionally, it examines the influence of strategic collaboration as a mediating construct between supply chain responsiveness and innovation performance. A web-based questionnaire survey was used in this study. Structural equation modelling was applied to test proposed hypotheses on the associations between the three variables. A key finding of the study is that while both supply chain responsiveness and supply chain collaboration directly and positively impact innovation performance, the mediation model in which supply chain collaboration acts as a mediator results in a higher impact on innovation performance.
